EUUK (2016-2021)
On the 24th June 2016 | walked from Lawley Street E5 to Granary Square N1 to an event titled 'What's Next. It was the day after the Brexit vote.
Everything I looked at seemed to be possessed by an eerie, almost menacing turbulence. As I walked in the beautiful sunny day, I felt choked and chased by familiar spectres. I took these 32 pictures to keep my eyes open and cope with that that was then.I'm not sure anymore what I actually saw that day, but these images still exist.Today in Brexit day, 1st January 2021.
THE LOST CODEX
‘...there was once a codex that allowed these scenes to construct a specific urban discourse, but by the time that discourse had materialised into a series of images/data the codex was gone, dispersed into a new configuration -lost before anything could be made out of it-. A ghost blueprint...
The point is: How can I perceive an order out of this loss, if the original discourse has never been read?’
